This Privacy Policy explains how 247 Ads Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), operating Schedli ("the Service"), collects, uses and protects your personal data. We are a company registered in England & Wales and act as the data controller for the personal data described below.

1. Data We Collect

Account data: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address and an encrypted (hashed) password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store your full card details.

Profile data: You may optionally provide a display name, social media handle, or sample posts to help the Service match your voice.

Usage data: Information about how you use the Service, including weeks generated, features used and session timestamps. This is used solely to operate and improve the Service.

Content data: The topics, captions and other inputs you provide to generate content. These are processed in real time to deliver the Service. Weeks you choose to save are stored so you can reuse them.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies necessary for authentication and session management.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing receipts).
• To respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse or security incidents.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Schedli:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — Application hosting.
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation. Your input text is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models.

Each third-party service processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

4. Data Storage & Retention

• Account and profile data is stored for as long as your account is active.
• Saved weeks are stored until you delete them or delete your account.
• Inputs you provide for a generation are processed to deliver the Service and are not retained beyond what is needed to provide saved content.
• Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics may be retained.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Object to, or request restriction of, certain processing.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside the United Kingdom, including the United States (Vercel, Anthropic) and the European Union (Supabase). Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent standard contractual clauses.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
